CIA Teaching:
3rd Year ID Studio (3cr - FA), 4th Year ID Studio (6cr - FA), 3rd Year ID Studio (3cr - SP), 4th Year ID Studio (6cr - SP).
Ran informal portfolio preparation workshops in the evening.
Developed Ceramic Design project with Ceramics Faculty (Brouillard & Soloman).
Held Design Language Final Review in the Reinberger Gallery.
CIA Service:
Prior to moving to Cleveland, filled critical adjunct positions, conducted research that would inform the curriculum (interviewed design professionals about design, education and the standing of CIA), rewrote ID outcomes and projects.
Met with ID faculty to communicate/refine the new approach.
Kick-off with all ID students to communicate the new approach and set the tone.
Restructured ID studio/ID lecture course relationship (create alignment/overlap).
Worked with the OAA to restructure ID Graphics, move the credits to GD and hire a new GD faculty member.
Support Institutional Advancement efforts (donor meetings, event participation).
Completed visually impactful improvements to the studio (using minimal resources).
Create internship relationship with Magnet (formerly CAMP).
Restructured sponsorship relationships to better align with academic objectives.
Invited a Nike representative to speak at CIA.
Managed fallout from adjunct pay cut.
Participated in Open Houses/Accepted Student Events.
Modified Auto Show Events to include upgraded display manned by students & additional speakers.
Assisted with Spring Design Show planning & promotion.

Winner, 2004 Industrial Design Excellence Award (IDEA) Catalyst Award – DEWALT Heavy Duty Worksite Radio/Charger – Considered the top IDEA/Business Week prize, awarded for design and business success.
Winner, Cleveland Lakefront Challenge Design Competition (collaboration with Scott Richardson) – sponsored by The Plain Dealer (newspaper) and City Planning Commission. More than fifty design, architecture and planning firms participated in the competition.
