Completed as part of the first-semester sophomore-level User Focus Project in Fall 2020. The project requires students to design a 'personal food carrier' for a single users, considering needs and preferences. The process requires that the student interviews and/or observes individuals in different stages of life to build empathy and understand unique user requirements. The student develops profiles for multiple users, broadly explores ideas and completes a final design for a single user. This project was completed over 7 weeks. Charlotte's design took the ubiquitous milk carton architecture and transformed it into a modular set of parts for food and beverages.
